At our accelerator program, we are committed to upholding the highest ethical standards and fostering a community of ethical and socially responsible entrepreneurs. To ensure this, we expect all participants to adhere to the following Code of Ethics:

Integrity: Participants must act with honesty and integrity at all times. This includes being truthful in all communications, avoiding conflicts of interest, and maintaining the confidentiality of information shared within the program.

Respectful Communication: Participants are expected to communicate respectfully with fellow participants, mentors, and the accelerator team. This includes avoiding offensive or discriminatory language, and listening actively.

Confidentiality: Participants must respect the confidentiality of all information shared within the program, including sensitive business information and personal details shared by other participants.

Respect for Intellectual Property: Participants must respect intellectual property rights and not infringe on the rights of others. This includes respecting copyrights, trademarks, patents, and other forms of intellectual property.

Cultural Sensitivity: Participants must be sensitive to cultural differences and diverse perspectives, and avoid engaging in cultural appropriation or exploitation.

Social Responsibility: Participants must consider the broader social implications of their business practices and strive to create positive social impact. This includes considering the impact of their business on local communities, the environment, and society at large.

Inclusion and Diversity: Participants must value diversity and inclusivity in their business practices and create an environment that is welcoming to people from all backgrounds. This includes avoiding discrimination and promoting diversity and inclusion in all aspects of their business.

Transparency and Honesty: Participants must be transparent and honest in their business practices, including in financial reporting, marketing, and communications.

Collaborative and Cooperative: Participants must be open to collaboration and cooperation with other program participants, mentors, and staff. This includes sharing knowledge, resources, and best practices to foster a supportive and productive community.

We take the Code of Ethics seriously and will investigate any reports of violations. Violations may result in consequences such as warning, suspension, or removal from the program, depending on the severity and frequency of the violation. We reserve the right to make final decisions on any disciplinary action. By adhering to this Code of Ethics, participants can contribute to a positive and productive environment that fosters growth, innovation, and ethical business practices in the culture and creative industries.
